Dr Mackey is a very caring doctor always takes her time to listen to your concerns. I just wish when you call the office someone answers rather than going into voice mail. Dr Mackey again is a awesome doctor

Dr. Mackie is a good listener and very patient. She doesn’t discount your issues and gives a thorough exam. She follows up with testing to address your specific issues.

The service at this office is absolutely terrible. Angelica is I think the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in customer service. I worked in customer service my whole life and have no idea how she still has a job there. She’s rude when she speaks to you. You NEVER get a call back no matter how many messages you leave trying to get a prescription filled, if you have a question about a script, if you need a refferal or you need to make an appointment . When you call it takes you to music and you wait on hold until it disconnects you or it takes to a voicemail. I was provided an authorization ID and given dates that I could my endocrinologist, and how many visits I was allowed only to show for my first appointment ti get a bill and when I inquired about it I was told that I was given an incorrect code and am now fighting an appeal for this appointment. I have had scripts that need prior authorizations done and never were completed no matter how many times I called. This was medication for my diabetes to control sugars that I was out of for over a month. I was standing in her office when another patient came in to complain that they couldn’t get through on the phone so they drove in and the were frustrated because they had been waiting for thier heart medication for two weeks to be called in and they were out of it and said that they had already told them they called it in and had not. I can’t believe this place practices like this. I had to move on.

It was truly a pleasant experience. Dr. Mackie took time and answered all my questions.

I saw Dr. Mackie for the first time yesterday and my experience was awesome. Her staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. Mackie was so kind and thorough. She spent a lot of time with me going over all my health issues and giving me an exam. I am definitely recommending her to other people. My husband was also very impressed with her as well. I hope to have her for my doctor for a long time. Thank you Dr. Mackie you are awesome!!!

Dr Mackie was amazing and very accommodating to my medical needs. She was thorough and listened to what I had to say which is a rare find in some medical provider offices. Wish I had found her in all the years I’ve lived in Florida. Staff is friendly and courteous. Recommend. If you want a true doctor and facility Dr Mackie is the one.

Dr.Mackie takes the time to listen and explain everything so you can understand your test results and find a solution to your problems.It is nice getting to know and see the same doctor all the time.I would recommend Dr Mackie to everyone.
