Dr Mackie is great but her staff doesn't doesn't respond to requests to order refills

I told Dr Mackie that I respect her and that I am glad that she is my primary. She gives her patients all the time needed, but I had to wait 45minutes before I saw her. While waiting that long, my blood pressure went up 15 pts. It is a good thing that I am one of the healthier people!

Dr Mackie is a very caring doctor. She listens to you n discusses your concern. The girls at the office are friendly n accommodating n very efficient. We are very happy she is our doctor.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Mackie. She listens to everything you have to say and to all questions you ask, and explains in ways I can fully understand. Very caring and understanding. Have been a patient of Dr. Mackie since 2011 and will not change for another Dr. The staff is very nice too.
