Dr. Mackie provides excellent and attentive patient care, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to addressing patient needs.
However, the administrative and nursing support staff require significant improvement. Repeated attempts to reach them for prescription refills were unsuccessful due to unanswered calls and a consistently full voicemail system.

Dr. Mackie is great, her office staff and nurse are horrible, can’t get your prescription refills, the messages are full, if you get thru to leave a message they don’t respond. CVS keeps sending faxes they don’t respond. Been trying to get a scrip filled for over a week. This is the second time I had problems with getting thru to get a prescription refilled. She needs to hire responsible staff or she’s going to loose patients. Or team up with another group of Dr’s that have great staff.
