Dr Mackie took time to talk to me about my diagnosis and how to proceed. She seemed very thorough and answered my questions. She did not sit with her nose in a computer and made eye contact.

The wait is too long. Appointment times should be respected and honored, we have other appointments to keep after seeing Dr. Mackie. She is good, I like her but you need to improve the waiting time.
