Dr . Mackie has more of a personal approach to her patients , instead of having her back to you and talking to you while staring at a computer . I feel much more comfortable talking to a DR. face to face instead of talking to someone typing away and feeling like I am being ignored . I have been looking for a Dr . for years that has this kind of compassion towards their patients and it was a struggle as it seems you just don't find that anymore because technology seems to have taken that away .

Dr. Mackie is a doctor who listens to you respectfully. She has always had my trust and confidence. Besides that, i just like her manner because she makes you feel comfortable and I am one who doesn't care to go to the doctor as a general rule.
