I am very pleased with Dr. Mackie and her entire staff. I find her to be a good listener, personable, and thorough. Her staff is friendly and incredibly efficient with use of office technology. I always leave on a positive note!

Dr Christine Mackie is an excellent doctor extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and patient . She listens to what I have to say and offers choices and recommendations , she is a very pleasant woman and respects my decisions when I do not want t to take her recommendations for prescriptions I would highly recommend her as a primary care doctor

She is the best!! She takes time and.listen to your complaints. I have been going to her for about 10 years, and she always makes sure she sends you to good doctors if she can't solve your problems. Her staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her

Dr Mackie and staff are excellent. I'm a new patient and they were very attentative to my prior health records and treatment. Dr. Mackie is very easy to talk with and great communication. Glad to have gotten in with this medical practice.

Just a comment about the meds they should have been ordered from express scripts. Can I cut the 50s in half they are marked for cutting. Thanks for your help.

Dr Mackie always listens to my concerns and does not rush when she sees me. My biggest concern is trying to get a hold of her in scheduling appts and at times waiting for call backs.

I wish I could rate Dr. Mackie separately from her staff because I would give her 5 stars.
But the office is not managed well. It took 2 weeks to get through to someone at the office. I left two messages (when mailbox wasn't full), and then sent a follow-up email.
I didn't receive a response or call back but eventually got through on the phone.
In a nutshell, the staff is hurting this practice.
